There are moments where our life situation requires that we seek out a supportive, non judgmental relationship.

Someone who can see us for who we truly are without judging our choices or making us feel bad about our mistakes.

This is what therapy feels like.

Hello!

I’m Belinda originally from Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean, mom of two third culture kids and currently based in Luxembourg.

I have been working with adults from a variety of backgrounds experiencing psychological difficulties.

I help people who struggle with anxiety, depression, mild or moderate addictions or self esteem as well as those who would like to work on psychological well being or benefit from professional coaching or mentoring.

Qualifications My approach

My role is to support you.

Together we explore and learn more about your true self that is yet to be discovered.
I like to allow space for you to be seen and heard.
I teach you to address yourself with the self compassion you deserve

Together, we lay the pieces of your puzzle out, make connections, learn tools to break cycles and heal.

Add more tools to your arsenal.

Therapy is a space where we can revisit elements of your past and present life situation without being judged. This is an important part of healing.

It can help us to recognise and learn to accept who we are. It can help us bring about change.

Here’s what some people have been saying

“Belinda is easy to talk to. I appreciate that she’s non-judgmental and patient.”

“I’m really grateful to Belinda and all the work we have been doing together. It has been helping me heal, rebalance, and observe my situation from different perspectives. I can see already the improvements since the beginning of the journey with her, and even though I might still have highs and lows, I am now confident of the road ahead. I’ve felt listened and seen with kindness and respect, and this has been pushing me to try to do the same for myself as well. So, truly thank you.”

“Belinda makes me feel extremely comfortable and heard. She has a calming presence. Everything about our sessions feels natural and easy even when what I have to say isn’t so easy. With her help I am starting down a path of healing and self improvement. I am very grateful.”

Therapy became an integral part of practising care and compassion for myself and I think it will be a life-long commitment to keeping a mental and emotional balance

We all have different ways of managing what life throws at us. Sometimes it can become overwhelming or scary.

Or maybe we have repetitive patterns that limit us. It can make us feel lost, disconnected or not good enough.
Therapy works because we discover what they are and learn to break them.

Just because it feels familiar, it doesn’t mean it’s who you are.
